FENUGUM®
Fibres, and especially Galactomannans - soluble fibres found in Fenugreek – are unique because of the way they combine one Galactose and one Mannan on a 1:1 ratio. These fibres seem to have an effect on hyperglycaemic conditions.
Most of all, galactomannans have the ability to reduce cholesterol levels, especially for persons suffering from diabete.
Fenugum® is an extract of Fenugreek seeds that contains 85 % of fibres of which 75 % are soluble.
