PROTHY® 21 is dispersible in water and its taste shows no bitterness. Its gluten content is inferior to detection level.
PROTHY® 21 contains 35% of glutamine and glutamic acid and 10% of proline, its direct precursor.
Glutamine plays a major part in muscle building and preservation (glutamine = 2/3 of the aminoacids found in muscle), oxidative stress fighting (through glutathione peroxydase) and immune system defence.
This aminoacid is also indispensable to DNA and RNA synthesis.
PROTHY® 21 also has an excellent aminoacid profile (chemical index > 100), and small peptide size (for a better bio availability) that makes it a perfect protein source for sportsmen, senior, and more broadly, for high protein diet.
