PROTHY® R 80

 

 

 

Grown and consumed in the whole 5 continents, rice is a cereal that naturally contains more than 8% of proteins (84% of glutenin, 9% of Prolamine, 7% of Albumine and Globuline). PROTHY® R 80 is an enzymatically hydrolysed rice protein that contains 80% of protein (75% of molecular weight is inferior to 5 kD).

Thanks to its allergen free (in Europe) and gluten free status, as well as its high nutritional and biological values, its vegetable origin, the total absence of phytoestrogens… PROTHY® R 80 is a protein source naturally designed for specific nutrition.

It is suitable for infant formulas (1st and 2nd age) where it can easily replace soy isolates with a guaranteed total absence of phytoestrogens and allergenic compounds.

Its Amino Acid profile (chemical index > 100) and its peptide size make of PROTHY® R 80 a perfect source of protein for sports nutrition, senior nutrition and more broadly for any kind of high protein diet.
