RESEARCH AND CONTROL LABORATORY

TOURNAY BIOTECHNOLOGIES has from the very beginning invested in state of the art laboratory equipment and trained personnel, knowing that research and quality control are absolutely vital to sell innovative products with flawless quality.

Regarding R&D, TOURNAY BIOTECHNOLOGIES operates through relationship agreements with French universities or research centers as well as through its own scientific and technical means.

Thanks to the knowledge and experience acquired for more than 10 years by TOURNAY BIOTECHNOLOGIES’ personnel, the pilot batches and production processes are, for the most part, developed internally, which helps obtaining a high efficiency and better quality extraction, without experiencing the risks of a breach of confidentiality for the data processed.

Whether it is for active ingredients analysis or for quality control purpose, all products extracted by TOURNAY BIOTECHNOLOGIES systematically go through numerous tests during each phase of production, from the raw material (the plant) to the finished and packaged product.

We have a complete in house analysis laboratory that has all the devices necessary to assess the compliance of our products with their specifications and guarantee their excellence and total safety: active ingredients content (HPLC, GPC, UV spectrophotometer) and a quality control (microbiology).
